Traditional timber-frame construction from sustainably sourced pine — superior structural integrity and natural insulation, with 100×100 mm structural posts.

AZ200 Springlok 700 cladding
Concealed-fix steel skin: 55% aluminium, 43.5% zinc, 1.5% silicon. Maximum weather protection, zero visible fasteners, decades of quiet endurance.

Warm where it matters
135 mm compliant ceiling and wall insulation, skimmed gypsum interiors, pine flooring underfoot. Cool in February, warm in July.

Foundations, plumbing, electrical, aluminium doors and windows, internal finishes throughout. The quoted price is the finished house — not a shell.
